Professional Development Session with Ignite Health

On November 15th, 2026 Active Cranbrook Board members (Jodie Pickering MSc and Sandi Lavery MPE) delivered an active 2.5 hour professional development session at the College of the Rockies Kinesiology Lab for Ignite Health employees. All of Ignites fitness instructors had a very fun time reviewing and learning a little more about how the musculoskeletal system works and how it applies to the many classes that they deliver.
