Active Cranbrook extends a HUGE thanks to the Skookumchuk Pulp Mill - Domtar Inc. for their financial assistance towards Active Cranbrook's efforts in working to build a more resilient and accessible culture of movement right here in Cranbrook and area.

Active Cranbrook is excited to share that the floor decal installation at the Kimberley Civic Center has been completed! Thanks to Healthy Kimberley, the City of Kimberley, Wolfpack Signs & Printing, and a generous grant that the UBCO Medical Students arranged, the Mobility Enhancement Program is now available to Kimberley residents as well. Official launch will be this fall but the public is encouraged to give it a try anytime the walking track is open.


April 2025
Active Cranbrook received funding from the Community Foundations of the Kootenay Rockies to assist in keeping the our Mobility Enhancement Program Sessions (2x per week) to everyone for just a lower cost. We look forward to seeing lots of happy faces when we start up again after Thanksgiving!
