There are 12 stations with 2-3 levels. During our instructional sessions we coach individuals a little more depending on their needs.
Preschool Action Kits
Active Cranbrook developed Preschool Action kits for parents, and guardians to get more information on Physical Literacy. The kits allow guardians to implement many new skills and play for young children. Kits are available to borrow at the Southeast Kootenay Child Care Resource and Referral center (Toy Lending Library).
We Bike 101
Active Cranbrook offers 2 x1 hour lessons guiding individuals with new bikes or older bikes (including E Bikes) with safety tips and riding skills each Spring.
